Billionaire Larry Robbins' Glenview Capital Management, LLC disclosed in a regulatory filing ( SC 13G ) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a 5.20% stake (23,746,489 shares) in Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (HTZ).
HTZ recently reported second quarter 2015 revenue of $2.7 billion and adjusted net income of $88 million or $0.19 per diluted share for the period, and reiterated its full-year consolidated corporate EBITDA guidance of $1.45 billion to $1.55 billion.
HTZ operates the Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty and Firefly car rental brands in more than 10,300 corporate and licensee locations throughout approximately 150 countries in North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and New Zealand.
