Comcast to begin charging double for unlimited data plan. Fellow cord cutters beware, you're capped at 300gb per month, any usage above that will result in additional fees.
While on the surface this appears to be bad news for streaming 4k video and it is. It is very bad news unless you're streaming thru UltraFlix at as low as 3.6mbps. At 17-25mbps you'll burn right through 300gb per month.
Just one more reason I'm glad to be Long NTEK! With the stroke of a pen, Comcast just made us more valuable!
