I had bought a few shares on margin the trading day before E trade deposited my dividend. E trade allowed the margin buy. Once I seen others getting their dividends I believed the CRGP was legit. When I got my dividend I tried to buy more GRCP shares on margin and it was denied. I bought them in cash with the divvy. I'm thankful now the margin was denied but at the time I was wondering why? Now it is clear. They knew they had an issue of some type. The 327 million shares in question look like about the excess amount of shares being traded on L2. It appears to me these shares were borrowed by E trade shorts and the shares never existed. E trade allowed them to be borrowed. The fact E trade accounted for 28% of all shares traded in August (500+ million shares) makes me think these are the majority of the 327 million shares that COR is screaming about. Pure speculation like every other post on this board, but E trades odd behavior is making me question if they are not the whole problem here.
