it ain't much of a stock. And for a CEO to suggest as much is a very startling admission. Most companies would remove a CEO for saying such a thing.
Irreparable harm? If that's the case, what hope is there for the share price?
How does a stock recovery from "irreparable harm"?
It seems the lawsuit would be ALL any shareholder cared about, unless they thought Kyle was lying to the Court by saying a board poster used the phrase Koward on another stock board and the share price can't recover.
