If a company is bought out, the shareholders are compensated. If another company buys us out they could give us all 2c. per share and we just get the money. That is if they are bought out for very cheap, which will probably won't happen. Once this company (NTEK) gets audits, and suppose they are profitable enough to get a more expensive buyout, there is a very good chance your shares will be converted into the buyers shares. Basically what determines what the shareholders get in the end will be just how much of a premium is paid to buy NTEK, a good portion of that premium will be distributed to shareholders.
