The bad thing about non-disclosure agreement is hiding something what was in the contract and what is the revenue agreed upon. It is like pocketing the money into his personal account thereby denying shareholders true income of the company. Like most penny stocks there are scams in all corners of these business ready to pocket what is traded in a daily basis. We know what dilution and reverse split can make them rich.
There's a good opportunity for this stock to move up to new heights if only management is being honest to all shareholders or investors. The product is superior beyond compare bar none.
