BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited ("BlackRock Canada"), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. ("BlackRock") (NYSE:BLK) today announces additional information regarding the termination of following funds (collectively, the "Terminating Funds") that was announced on June 18, 2015.

The common units and advisor class units of the Terminating Funds, as applicable, were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange on August 27, 2015. The final net asset value and termination proceeds of each of the Terminating Funds were determined on September 4, 2015. The final distributions, net asset value and termination proceeds per unit of each of the Terminating Funds are as follows:

Each unitholder will receive the final proceeds of termination per unit as disclosed above. The final proceeds of termination consist of the final income and/or capital gains per unit distribution, if applicable, plus the post distribution net asset value per unit.
Except with respect to the units of CBR and CBR.A, remaining holders of units of the Terminating Funds will receive their respective dissolution proceeds on or about September 10, 2015. Remaining holders of units of CBR and CBR.A will receive their respective dissolution proceeds on or about September 18, 2015. Following these distributions with respect to a Terminating Fund, such Terminating Fund will be dissolved.
