Read the email. Huffman made the threat, but that appears that's all it was. I could set up an (ahem) appointment, but they likely wouldn't show.
They failed to show yesterday at the 9:30 hearing.
They failed to follow through with legal threats.
They've failed with their ABSURD shallow water business model.
