I assure you, had I showed up, SFRX would have OBJECTED. The hearings are generally held in the Judge's chambers, or small rooms next to chambers. I should know, I showed up in Tampa before to face Huffman.
Now if/when the times comes and I need to go see Kyle and Craig, I'm more than happy to do it. I was invited by email by Craig to become a "co-defendant" in the case, but SFRX has NEVER filed anything with the Court that would/could make me one. I'm not sure that such a motion exist, but none-the-less, it was was Huffing and Puffing by SFRX.

That was Judge Isom who found you not to be credible as well as the Florida Bar. It was not Judge Foster. Sorry for confusion of who found you incredible.
