CEN Biotech remains part of FITX until the spin-off is complete and it receives it's own ticker. On the Toronto Stock Exchange it trades as FITX: US.
But the biggest point I am sure you are aware of is the "Intent to Deny" incident happened in February of 2015, which meant that it was still a US company at the time of damages. Case closed.
