There is one minor problem with that potential communication though, which just hit me as I was agreeing that was a perfectly valid reason. For most companies that would be great info and appreciated. However, I was suddenly reminded of the whole Google-needs-to-approve delay for the NP-1 which is somewhat similar, but the NP-1 went to the scrap pile for what they said was a lack of need, but I still feel that wasn't the whole story, and I doubt this is the whole story either. Was that even true? Who the heck knows at this point. I have my doubts that was true at this point, but we're never going to know.
Anyway, even with a somewhat sketchy past, repeatedly communicating like this and telling us what is happening would put us on a path to eventually trusting the things they are saying.
