GEAR International, Inc. Addresses Third-Party Announcements Released by One or More Companies Involved in the Transaction Related to a Section 3(a)(10) Exemption, and Clarifies the Status of its Business Agreement with Cannaworx, Inc.
Pensacola, Florida-‐(September 1, 2015) – Gear International, Inc. (OTC: GEAR) Management Statement: As a result of the unsuccessful Section 3(a)(10) transaction attempted in 2014 by a number of unrelated companies, GEAR International, Inc. issued no stock to any company or individual under the Section 3(a)(10) exemption and removed itself entirely from any association with that transaction, effectively dissolving any association with the companies involved in the Section 3(a)(10) transaction. GEAR has no current business relationship with any of these companies and shares no business interest in Cannaworx with any of these companies under the Section 3(a)(10).
Per our recent press release, GEAR International, Inc. has recently executed a business agreement with Cannaworx, Inc. that would insure GEAR up to 20% interest in the future earnings of Cannaworx in exchange for providing necessary funding as stipulated in the agreement. Cannaworx has no association whatsoever with the unsuccessful Section 3(a)(10) transaction or any of the companies that were involved in that transaction.
