No I anticipated that, and I don't expect them to say "Oh we screwed the pooch on this one guys! Peter, close the door so that locust swarm doesn't get in! We're trying to fix things everyone! Holy cow is that smoke coming from the servers?!" However, advising us of where they are with a deployment when they promise a specific date and numbers of movies...any large company is going to be required to do some sort of response by their shareholders when they fail to deploy something on time because they have to listen to those shareholders because the blowback of ignoring investors would be detrimental once it's reported in the media, and it would get reported in the media in a really large company. NTEK doesn't give a rat's backside about communicating with us and they don't have to care because no one is reporting about them and next to no one knows about them.
