Last 4 trading sessions there has been zero Dark Pool activity. Therefore, the assumption is Open short volume has been naked.
There have been significant failures to deliver as well by naked short sellers. Here is the report from the first half of August. http://www.sec.gov/foia/failsreports/cnsfails201508a.zip
By the way, any of you ever wondered why the daily dark pool results take the SEC two weeks to publish?? What good is today's info two weeks from now?
One final comment, Winston is correct. Once dilution stops and it should any day now that we've just about reached the AS limit it will be significantly less advantageous for a short to continue his/her assault on NTEK. Based on the data I see, I think it's already coming to a stop. The past several trading sessions, zero dark pool volume.
The gloom and doom prognostications that I've read recently are without any real merit and I suspect are likely a manifestation of frustration by some shareholders. While everyone can agree the pps isn't rosy at the moment don't lose focus now or I assure you, you'll regret it.
It would appear that nflx recent 4K piracy problems as well as the loss of the Epix films is going over at about as well as Kanye West's latest rant at the VMA. Who woulda thunk it?
