Wow, didn't see that accusation coming. But as Capt Ed stated today, everyone knows the 80/20 comes with the recovery permit, not the exploration permit. It's in the statute.
Of course Ed didn't know SFRX had misled investors about having a recovery permit.
Gotta read the filings.
