In my opinion, there is a good chance the RS doesn't happen, at this time, and the MM's run the pps back to a penny or more. If Margrit were to announce that there will be no reverse split, buyers would start jumping in as a run is inevitable. Bodie will make sure of that.
However, the non shareholder group on Ihub seem to be determined to keep the pps low in order to break the back of Marani. They are certainly very organized with their campaign. Whomever they work for most certainly look to gain financially by getting the Marani pps as low as possible, or through the companies demise. Sadly, many shareholders are down a lot of money as a result of the pps collapse, and that ihub group is determined to make sure those shareholders don't get their money back.
