Question for ya. Can you name ANY company other than Queen's Jewels that has ANY salvage rights to the 1715 fleet?
SFRX doesn't.
Perhaps that's what the article was saying, that only they have rights. And as I explained, when/if the time comes SFRX can apply and we will see if the article was poorly written.

The suggestion they simply need a 3rd object to obtain a full salvage permit is a lie.
Kyle certified 4 SEC filings that contain false information and has never amended the filings....ie they had a "recovery permit".

They said they lost contracts (plural) because of the Defendant, but when faced with the question never mentioned one.
