I don't understand what could be taking this long. Either CRGP needed to pay out more cash to cover the dividend or they didn't. DTC and Finra should be able to figure that out literally within minutes.
If the problem is something else not related directly to dividend like shorts for example, then there shouldn't even be a halt let alone one that lasts a week! It should trade and the shorts are made to cover like in every other case.
I think CRGP must have been told by finra or someone like that to not PR anything because this company has been very open with communication through pr's so it is totally out of character to clam up at the precise moment when they know shareholders would need communication to explain what's going on right now.
