Sure. The facts that were already mentioned about the 25% rule and shorty being responsible for the dividend. If that is the law, regardless of what knee-jerk reaction the CEO gave about a "glitch", this will go in our favor.
We're still halted and still in the Pinks. SEC is not involved...
So...I see a lot of positives. It just sucks not to have some confirmation one way or the other.
