Keeping with the oil theme PVA can be an easy double from here. False rumors of a buyout took it up to 5.50 on June 25th and once the company confirmed it wasn't true it dropped to a low of .71 currently at 1.23 I think it goes to 2.20 short term. 29 million shares short.
