I have that problem when I use the "Grab" program

I have that problem when I use the "Grab" program (I'm a Mac user) -- it works fine if I capture it on the built-in screen of my laptop, but if I try to take it on my external monitor, it picks up the background too, and is unreadable. Maybe that's your problem?
