Well you are wrong about that. I have done my DD very carefully. The funding is in place and its non dilutable funding. Strategic partners are funding the deals with WOGI. I have done my homework. $WOGI is a 50 cent stock by year end and $1.00 plus in 2016 and on AMEX. Watch and Learn !
