Billionaire investor Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. disclosed in a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) (http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/315090/000120919115068494/xslF345X03/doc4.xml) that it has accumulated 57,975,456 shares of Phillips 66 (PSX), representing more than a 10% stake in the company.
