my thoughts re: filing: hmmm. there is really a lot of purposely wordy and confusing. It looks like the company is playing the "We're broke card".. but still been giving themselves combines $350K + salaries for Margrit and CFO Ani. for just $56K revenue..
So, I right now I'm buzzed on Marani vodka.. Its the killer grape pop sh*t.. As a shareholder.. at the end of the day.. does the product rock?? big YUP! I'm ordering more bottles.. I just hope Margrit would stop F'ing around and sell vodka instead of shares.. Its great vodka.. The bitch took ALL my mother F'ing money an still drinking this poison and loving' it. Thats gotta tell ya something.
Well these fins SUCK. company is not reporting any available shares and out of cash.. But that how OTC goes. its up to you to ignore these reports and trade "responseabilty". F it! I'm drunk on maran at the moment.. its good.. Make money all! Live is short! Margaret has nice tittes.
