Changes in the concession titles: I didn't noti
Post# of 9903
I didn't notice these changes 2 weeks ago but the Mexican mining
registry must have added these acts between the last 2 weeks and now.
Although there are many concession titles I'll pick one because most of them look the same.
Concession title 221864:
The last update before the new updates was on October 12th 2013.
It showed Minera Agave and Minera San Jorge.
There are two updates:
Update 1) On June 26th 2015 the concession title shows only Minera San Jorge and their people. So it looks like the concession title is back into the hands of Minera San Jorge alone. That would mean no agreement with Minera Agave and therefore no agreement with Agnico Eagle.
Update 2) This has been added retroactively and I find this important. A complaint from the Bandera camp has always been that Southridge did not appear on the concession titles on the Mexican mining registry and therefore that their concession titles were fraud. Not so anymore, because the Mexican mining registry have retroactively added Southridge on the date June 22 2012. It shows "Mineria Southridge, SA de CV" exactly as it appeared on the concession titles that was uploaded on IHub by Momoraptor. This shows that Mineria Southridge was indeed a legitimate name/business and was on the concession titles.
Conclusion:
Update 1) With the concession titles back into the hands of Minera San Jorge again, it means that it's back to the drawing board for them. They should think of new options, perhaps talking to other senior miners.
Update 2) This shows to me that the Mexican Mining registry is extremely slow
in updating their concession titles which they updated 3 years after the fact. This 2nd update doesn't appear on all the concession titles though but on most it does. It could mean that updates to the other concession titles could be retroactively done in the future. This also shows that whenever there's a change in concession titles, the changes may not be added right away as we see. The adding of Southridge to the concession title in the Mexican Mining registry in 2012 should have been done in 2012 so the confusion would have been less and Southridge would have not been accused of not owning the concession titles.
