But in all honesty, since I was so close, I deliberately pushed the envelope and surpassed him by only about 5+ million shares (based on the numbers in the 2014 10-k).

My reasoning: You hear a lot of stuff coming in from all sources, and I truly believe that Igor and his staff are giving their 100%, but what if they are not? What if they could actually do a little bit more?

By surpassing Igor by a mere few million shares, I am hoping to put a little more pressure on Baltia from top down in order to get this thing done.

If this process keeps on dragging along and things keep going as they are going, the number 1 slot will soon be out of his reach for good.

Just one more attempt to get him to swap his brass balls for a pair of titanium ones, incite him to put his foot in the ass of some of his under performing staff, and finally get this task completed.

I will gladly give him his position back.

As soon as the pps "pops", I will sell a few million shares and drop back into the #2 slot.
