The 25% NASDAQ divvy rule was a slap in the face to everyone (good and bad).
It states since share price was at least 25% below dividend price the ex date was extended to one day after pay date.

COR got punched in the gut and fought back the only way they knew how: LAWSUIT.
I'm hoping this isn't a scam - Either way, they have put the scope on the company for FINRA and the SEC.
Only time will tell :]
