The lack of communication is all about maintaining a legal advantage. You absolutely cannot make public statements or provide information on anything when you're facing litigation because it could be used in court to come back and bite you in the ass. Even the slightest technicality can blow up a case.
Let CGRP handle their business and we can make judgments later.
