When HD came out it was awesome. When I go to Walmart now 4k looks the same when I'm standing a few feet back as hd. Now when I'm up close the difference is jaw dropping. How many people are going to be buying 60+ inch TVs in the future? A lot of folks here in the US are still struggling to put food on the table. Much less buying a 60+ inch 4k TV. I do believe 4k will be the standard on TVs in the future but I do not believe it will be this year. Maybe in 3-5 years but not now. Which is why I believe Netflix waited on releasing their 4k service fully till 2016. If Ntek had spent some of that diluted money on great new content earlier this year they could have jumped ahead of the game but I'm seriously concerned that they screwed the pooch on their window.
