The SEC didn't halt The Co -2
The Co is Out There because it Has a File In COURT !
People Have Talk To Mr Carter because They Have made Deals with The Co that are Worth $$$$$$$$$))$)) millions !

And those who are saying that The Co is Done !

and See Othe Cos That has Gone Throu The same Process!!
