Congrats shareholders. The suit holds no water. COR is the one who didn't understand the dividend process. Rule 11140. Nuff said. Sucks to lose out. But it was legal. CRGP wins. And they will probably countersue for losses sustained due to the U3 halt, caused by a frivolous lawsuit. And they will probably win big.
A request for a jury trial and a prayer..they are desperate and seeking someone that will side with them over the law. And CRGP did not break the law. COR knows a judge would smack their lawsuit down.
At least, that's what I hope happens for you all!
