We already knew the company paid the dividend. The lawsuit proves they were doing the share buy back. Two things the company said they were going to do, they did.
Now, after we get back to trading, how about that uplisting? That's the 3rd thing they said they were going to do. I've been holding long and waiting for that and I'm feeling confident they will come through.
