Maybe, but it could be a major descrepency between what the DTCC is looking at and what the T/A knows.
I've seen this a few times.
Time out to sort the share structure out. Make sure no illegal shares or unregistered shares have snuck into the float. You know? Protect the common share holders.
Now if the DTCC sees a major increase in the O/S due to MMs abusing the 3day rule, a force cover will occure.
Volume will go through the roof, but retail won't be allowed in.
The short position has to wait it out too.
If MMs are forced to cover, pps goes through the roof. Trades are cleared and short get decapitated.
All is good in CRGP again.
Or one can scream 'scam'. Hard to say today. I'd wait till Tuesday.
Could be a show I have not seen in years.
.05 in a snap.
