The baby bears and hired bashers may be discouraging new retail buyers, but really, let's put discredit where it is due. There's an organized group with lots of money behind it, that used Mako as their patsy/frontman to scare the weak retail buyers out of the stock. I say "patsy" because eventually someone is going to out Mako more publicly than just through deleted posts on a message board.
But the fact is -- we retail buyers are up against a well-funded effort, and it's annoying to see the bashers scaring new retail investors from buying -- but the real problem was having had so many weak hands who didn't know what they had bought, and panicked when the read the lying headline.
When the big news comes out and the shorts depart, I think it will shock even the most bullish among us how high this stock could go.
Something like this would not surprise me, down the road (except for that last candle, we'll take a pass on that hahaha):
