By the time the ex divi date hit, the company had bought millions of shares back so they wouldn't have to pay out as much as some people seem to suggest. I don't buy the dilution to pay extra divi story.
I posted earlier an i-hub post about the strange trades that went through just before the halt. I think FINRA was testing the MM's and they didn't like what was going on.
