The answer to that is in the security that NTEK offered. Each stream comes encoded with a image that can track the user that streamed the file. This means that a pirated copy can be traced to the initial person who streamed the movie. A person who streams a movie and then copies it and tries to distribute it can be liable for every copy made. The penalties for doing this could be immense. NOW studios can let NTEK stream 4K without worrying that somebody will make studio quality copies and sell them.
