I can understand going after a "disgruntled employ

I can understand going after a "disgruntled employee", but like Huskerguy said, you'll be hard pressed to go after a forum poster expressing their opinions about the actions, direction and lack of success of your company. Most of which I read is not libel (yes it's LIBEL not LIABLE). I don't think you guys have proven yourself as a company and have expressed my displeasure. Does that mean I will have actions set against me as well? That's pretty scary that you would even address this in public, IMHO, it's not a witch hunt... it's dissatisfied shareholders expressing themselves, I'd be more concerned about the actions of the company that have led to the current state of decline rather than the people who are pointing it out on a public forum.
