Ash, I very respectfully disagree, we do not have all the details as of yet, we are a much more credible company at $.20 versus two cents ... I know the ultimate plan is to get on the NASDAQ trading platform, which means the price per share would be a dollar ... I have heard from a very credible source, that there are a number of deals in the works, between directors and officers, that will greatly benefit shareholders and the PPS ...
