Very confusing information. I just got off the phone with a TD Ameritrade representative. I inquired what is going on with CRGP, he looked at it and said it was halted, but then put me on hold to check with is boss who said it was halted by the SEC because the SEC is waiting on Calissio to provide some paperwork. He could not tell me what paperwork specifically, for that he said contact the company.
TD Ameritrade guy did say that it would likely be resolved by late this afternoon or tomorrow and that it would be back on pink sheets, not grey sheets. I specifically asked him pink or grey and he said pink.
So, not sure what to make of this, but something is gonna happen soon.
