Got following responses today from Eric concerning 1) The Audit 2) The posting by that idiot Mikey501 on Ihub and 3) The large financing.
Hi John - there's no problem with the audit. We completed 2013 and 2014, and in order to comply with the SEC 135-day rule, we're currently completing Q2. All good. ERIC
It was a baseless lawsuit filing, and they're not even authorized to file in Arkansas. So our attorney filed a motion to dismiss. How could that POSSIBLY be "bad?" In the film distribution business, there's a lot of lawsuits filed by amateurs who literally think that "box office gross" is how much the distributor is paid - as they haven't connected the dots that the theatre takes a cut, and that there are COSTS to release a film to theatres - EVEN WHEN CLEARLY SPELLED OUT IN A CONTRACT. We do our best to only enter into distribution agreements with intelligent professionals. But every once in awhile, we find some Yaw-Hoo lawsuit that thinks their film should have made more money than the actual sales... and we have to respond.
Pretty much done. The attorneys always slow stuff down with nit-picky requirements.
