It's very sketchy. However, the company actually responding to shareholders is a good sign. And also the fact that they do not know why they were halted. Because, to me, I would think that FINRA would have notified them immediately after the halt if there was wrongdoing. So imo, FINRA is protecting the shorts with this halt and nothing more.
