That's why I believe Ultraflix won't be "the future of television", if they continue to upload upscaled HD content. As that is nothing more than fake 4k even if Ultraflix adds their famous "special sauce", and for which you have to pay $3.99 PPV, while the 4k TV set can do it for free from a 1080 HD stream from Netflix f.e.
Ultraflix could make itself obsolete if they don't provide more native 4k.
The first in depth independent Ultraflix review, not based on any PR from them, will reveal that (currently) about half of it's content is upscaled.
Not saying that the SP will remain here in the gutter, but seeing $1 as a share price in the near future ? Don't think so.
