I figured that is what you were doing.  In all honesty I believe most of what is being said is coming from bitterness from Elkind.  None of it will hold up in court and frankly it hasn't as the settlement and case suggest.  

MVP is basically Elkind's tool.  And his whole stink about grammar and spelling is laughable.  As long as the PR's and official company documents are grammatically/spelled correct that is all I care about.  Dwyer can mispell all he wants in emails to folks, that doesn't bother me.  Frankly, I don't think people know how to spell anymore since the advent of twitter, it is hard to fit long words in 140 characters or less so folks forget where the vowels go!
