So it is now apparent shareholders have lost all confidence Heddle can successfully raise the capital needed and don't feel he is capable of making funding choices without their intervention.

Interesting this idea was floated when the $0.05 share price appears.

Did this lack of confidence in Heddles ability start then or has it been brewing for a while ?
