That is true and a reason I approach this with cautious optimism. We're all well aware that filings are behind and well aware that updates are needed. We've gotten one on franchisee signings. It isn't a far stretch to think we will get more over the intervening next few months. As I mentioned earlier and you mentioned many months ago, talk is cheap. We all know that. However, there are strong signs of the brand push on SM and there are more than enough triggers to drive the current SP well above where it sits right now.
Ask yourself this rhetorical question. If HJOE files, good, bad or indifferent, becomes current, and loses the yield sign, do you think it's worth a few grand to risk?
If a form 15 weed company like THCZ can survive the yield and stop sign and go on a tear to .25, a company like HJOE who is pushing the product with distributors and franchisees, the same way THCZ did, have a similar shot; and perhaps higher.
If you, or anyone, answered yes to the previous question, then grab some shares and let's see if HJOE walks the walk.
