The shorts are pretty much all wholesale. Start with all the largest investment banks then add in some of the largest hedge funds and you would have the bulk of them. I look forward to the Overstock trial, that is going to be eye opening and hopefully cause outrage forcing regulators to put an end to naked shorting.
