Another two months until the current carrot ends. I don't think Mr. Heddle has the audacity to extend the date for the pilot run for another 90 days--that would make it over a year in total.
It will be interesting to see what new carrot Mr. Heddle will generate to ring in 2016. The most likely scenario would be to announce that the pilot was finally completed with EcoNav doing handsprings in the parking lot at the 'amazing' results, followed by saying that EcoNav just has to "finalize" their financing. The financing story can then eat up most of 2016, giving Mr. Heddle time to come up with another chapter to keep the suspense going.
