OK, Here is a theory that I kicked around with Tony K at HQ today. We could have a combination of haters here. This stuff is getting deep and the tone seems much more desperate. Let's look at some facts:

1. Baltia's future is in the hands of the DC FAA. They received all of the information needed to make a decision by the middle of last week. The regional office is out.

2. Jack "Ass" Caesare who got fired from Balta for essentially embezzling funds via an elaborate repurchasing and billing scam is still circling in the water. He is in FL and still in the industry. He is a sloppy criminal that replicates what he does everywhere he goes. Fact: As of yesterday's stunt two well known Alphabet Agencies are on to him with a fervor. His arrogant attitude sealed his fate. He is probably through negligence or intent responsible for the failures of at least 3 of the minis. They know exactly where he is.

3. . Baltia was floated past investment bankers some years ago and we decided NOT to pursue because those little ferrets are nothing but pirates that will strip you down to nothing and move on to the next carcass.

4. Mark Mazor is not legit. If I have to connect the dots between an "off duty" government official providing classified information to anyone who calls before the principal gets the results then you guys need to go back to bed. He is a douche bag. Masquerading as an FAA official, using a linked in picture of a 64 year old but clearly sounding like a NY Yankees fan in his 40's, flip flopping his story as the pressure builds. His comments to me were different than anyone else's I have heard. He sounds like an out of work airline industry employee to me or soon to be out of work desperate airline industry employee (connect the dots).

I firmly believe as does Tony K that these slobs on I Hub are out of work and failed investment bankers that have nowhere to go. Similar to a failed jockey who has been reduced to keeping the horse stalls clean for the REAL stars of the show. Pathetic. No doubt Mark Mazor is closely associated with Jack Ass if not directly related or an alter ego of that bloated sack of human debris. It is rumored Jacks main squeeze is a hooker that lost her job when Times Square gentrified. Oops. Sorry Sara! You know its true!

5. The certification process by which we are moving slowly through has been fraught with a multitude of obstacles and "growing pains." Specifically the slide issues which were industry wide and which truly manifested during our mini experience. Add to that the NEW SMS guidelines, the three prongs of the FAA; FISDO, Regional and then DC. Everything we had to do went through all those hands. Thank God that this last time we zipped directly to DC. In addition there were a couple of "personality" conflicts which were circumvented with the last maneuver. Again, thanks to God for pulling that one off.

6. Aside from Jack we have had a couple of personnel issues which resulted in terminations that affected our Willow Run home and caused delays in maintaining the plane prior to a mini last winter.

You know this is getting monotonous so let me just stop here and bring this thing full circle:

I believe we are the victim of jealous failed investment bankers that have fallen from grace, who have decided to join the scurrilous crew at I Hub who are themselves vested in the shorting and pumping and dumping of selected securities. That is just incidental to the industry and BLTA is a good target.

See, BLTA pops up and they make a play to try and underwrite our efforts but knowing the vulture mentality and culture investment banks have we turn them down. They saw a great opportunity and they blew it by being the greedy bottom feeders they are, (just give Frank A a call and ask him about Delta).

They all lose their positions during the down turn that occurred in '09-10 and decide that they can make a living bashing stocks and feel that there is more than one way to skin a cat; they can make money shorting BLTA, or flipping BLTA using a prominent sleazy, greasy, smelly, putrid scum Hub that resides in the belly of the demon but sounds just legit enough to lure naive people into believing their diatribe by manufacturing dozens of aliases as well as a little inside help from a certain Jack Ass to make it sound more legit.

I think Jack Ass is the head of the effort and was keeping the share price artificially low to short or accumulate more shares (which should be considered ill gotten gain once he has been prosecuted and forfeited) UNTIL he got fired and now wants to ruin the company.

He employs failed IT guys who can't make it on the real world and any 7 year old could outperform using a DOS platform to hack into certain public sites and cut and paste legit looking links that they manipulate to look official.

He becomes this intelligent sounding clown using the alias Barfpilot , Caesare and others who has posted a FISDO reps cell phone number on Scum Hub some months ago but that fizzles out due to the rep being on the ball and not on vacation. He then tries to hack a Baltia employee to no success and now contrived this Mark Mazor as an FAA official and unfortunately fool a few people but not for long. I mean come on, all you worried folks WERE kidding weren't you? You can't be THAT gullible. I know.

Seriously how can ANYONE know all the intimate details about FAA phone numbers and other minutiae then employ a seemingly complicated, (but not after you understand the moving parts) system unless you had hands on experience as the head of BLTAs maintenance?

So we have here a combination of a few things; failed investment bankers maybe some being paid by Jack Caesare-Barfpilot who was originally manipulating the stock price through contrived mini evac failures until he was fired and now wants to ruin the company. Couple this with some nefarious industry compadres of Jacks and you have the perfect storm.

Chances are Jacks final moments are upon him and once he is taken out we will just see the typical out of work investment bankers try to influence BLTAs price until we get the pass (which is rumored to be very shortly as of this am ;-) and then they will go away.

Jack will be in prison his babe will become another jail house pleasure palace and BLTA will soar in price. We are about to take off. This one rotten human taken out will release all the pressure we have been facing and will reap the benefits of Igor and crews tenacious perseverance.
