I tried that where I didn't reply to him and I stayed within the rules and I got banned from there completely. I did report a lot of his off topic posts... the ones that were removed he just re-posted and then wouldn't get removed. The amount of his posts that have been removed he should be banned... But you can't ban an employee!!!
