POET Technologies Enters into a VCSEL Manufacturin

("ANADIGICS" (NASDAQ:ANAD) for VCSEL process transfer and manufacturing.
The agreement is significant as it accelerates the transition from lab-to-fab and enables successful prototype demonstrations in a mature and capable manufacturing environment.
